A feast for the palate

Warm white in combination with dark spots of colour lend the restaurant a sophisticated touch beyond comparison. And this not without reason. After all, gastronome Marc Lindemann, who previously managed the Madrigial Restaurant in Marino Botafoch and who enjoys a very good reputation in the world of gourmets, loves to travel to Miami in winter.
Although the restaurant is located only within a stone’s throw from Jesús, on the road to Cala Llonga, the guest is left with the impression of having ended up out in the countryside. In the romantic garden, top quality US prime beef and freshly caught fish are frizzling away every day on the barbecue during summertime. Our guests indulge themselves in French-Italian creations with Asian flavours.
Marc attaches great importance to using only the freshest products of the highest quality – a must in the preparation of sushi, a technique that Marc’s chefs manage as well. Thus, some sushi dishes are also to be found on the summer menu card. But that’s not all – at Marc’s, a combo will regularly bewitch the guests with jazz and soul music and Cuban rhythms. Marc and his team spread a special enthusiasm, guest from around the world are helpless to resist.
